Day 19 Update: HIIT

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training

I did this workout with Jessica Smith this morning. It was not all sweaty but my heart rate was high and I knew something was going on there.

I just read yesterday that if I really want this weight loss so well I must be ready to do the HIIT at least 5 times in week with at least 50 minutes timing. Today I could do only 20 minutes before I felt fainting and tired but I will surely get there soon.

One day [If I push on today) soon, this blog will become so popular and become a reference point because I will have lost weight in a healthy way then.
